Refund Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Comber is a digital service — there's nothing to ship back, so this policy covers refunds, not returns. It applies to active subscriptions and to historical prepaid credit packs and agent-initiated (x402) purchases. Credit-pack and agent purchases remain unavailable under release-contained-v2.

The short version

You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. If we bill you in error, or you were charged for paid service that was unavailable, email us and we'll make it right with a prorated or full refund as appropriate.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing [email protected]: cancellation stops future renewals, and access runs to the end of the current billing period. Where paid capabilities were unavailable during a paid period — including under an earlier containment release — we will provide a prorated or full refund as appropriate.

Credit packs

A historical credit balance is a record, not a currently spendable entitlement. If containment prevents you from using a remaining balance, email [email protected] for a refund review. We will refund the unusable remaining value where appropriate.

Runs you were charged for that didn't deliver

If a historical paid run produced nothing usable, or you were double-charged, email us with the run and charge details. We'll review the records and credit or refund the charge when appropriate.

Agent (x402) purchases

New x402 purchases are unavailable. For a historical agent top-up or run charge, the same support terms apply: an unusable remaining top-up and a charged run that delivered no usable result are eligible for refund review. You're responsible for agents you previously authorized to spend on your account.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge or run in question. We usually respond within a couple of business days.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute, and unspent credits or a failed run are quick to refund directly.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
